Androulla Kaminara

Ambassador Androulla Kaminara is a Non-resident Fellow and served as the inaugural Distinguished Diplomat-in-Residence at Georgetown University in Qatar. Ambassador Kaminara has 40 years of exceptional record of leadership in public service, management, and in diplomacy. She has served as Director of the European Union’s Humanitarian Aid Operations for Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Pacific (ECHO) and was as the first female European Union (EU) Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
